Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Paro/ NJP – Transfer to Thimphu
Arrive at Paro International Airport and drive to Thimphu, enjoying scenic valleys along the way. After checking in at your hotel, visit Tashichho Dzong, the impressive fortress-monastery, and take a stroll around Clock Tower Square. Explore local markets for souvenirs before returning to your hotel.
Night stay – Thimphu (Hotel /Guest House/Homestay)
Day 2 : Thimphu Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the majestic Buddha Dordenma Statue, followed by the National Memorial Chorten. Explore the Textile Museum and Folk Heritage Museum to learn about Bhutanese culture. End the day shopping for traditional handicrafts at the Handicrafts Emporium.
Night stay – Thimphu (Hotel /Guest House/Homestay)
Day 3 : Thimphu – Punakha
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass, stopping to admire the 108 memorial chortens and panoramic Himalayan views. Upon arrival, visit the scenic Punakha Dzong and take a walk across the suspension bridge. Optionally, visit Chimi Lhakhang, the Fertility Temple.
Night stay – Punakha (Hotel /Guest House/Homestay)
Day 4 : Punakha – Paro
After breakfast, visit the hilltop Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten with its stunning valley views. Later, drive back to Paro and check in at your hotel. Spend the evening exploring Paro town at leisure, wandering through local streets and shops.
Night stay – Paro (Hotel /Guest House/Homestay)
Day 5 : Paro – Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest)
After an early breakfast, hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliff. After returning, visit Paro Rinpung Dzong and the National Museum (Ta Dzong). Spend the evening relaxing at your hotel or strolling around Paro town.

Day 6 : Departure from Paro/ NJP Railway Station
After breakfast, enjoy some leisure time in Paro for last-minute shopping or a short walk. Check out from your hotel and transfer to Paro International Airport/ NJP Railway Station.

Important Information
• Carry an umbrella and warm clothing, as weather in the region can change suddenly with unexpected rain or drops in temperature.
• Sturdy hiking shoes are strongly recommended for the Nongriat Trek since the pathway is both steep and slippery.
• Entry into certain restricted areas requires valid permits, which must be arranged beforehand.
• A government-approved ID proof is mandatory for every guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. (PAN Card will not be accepted.)
• Please be aware that in hilly terrain, drivers may switch off the vehicle’s AC to maintain engine efficiency.
